Rental period: Weekly rentals with changeover day Saturday in February. Please enquire about short lets for periods of at least 3 nights (Jan-March).
Arrivals after 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Self check-in provided.
Included: Wifi and parking. Kitchen cloths and some toiletries provided.
Linen: Optional €15 per person (sheets, duvet cover, bath towel & rug). Beds not made upon arrival.
End of stay cleaning: Optional €60. The apartment has to be tidied (dishwashing done, bins emptied, sheets taken off the beds) and cleaned by yourself upon leaving.
Booking: A down payment of 50 % of the rental fee will confirm your booking at the dates requested. Remaining amount to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings (< 14 days), the total amount should be wired or paid in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation: We accept cancellations and refund 100% of the amount paid up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 0% < 14 days before arrival or no show.
Refundable breakage deposit: A safety deposit of €200 may be requested at the time of booking and will be refunded in full upon satisfactory check-out (normal wear and tear excepted, no key loss, deep cleaning done etc) within 2 weeks.
Taxes: Please note that the French Government apply a "Taxe de Séjour" or Visitors Tax that the Rental Property Owner is required to collect. This is currently €0.80 per adult per night.
Children welcome, No pets (even small), No smoking, No parties.
